1. Will EcoPure™ fit my tap?
EcoPure™ fits 95% of standard Australian taps and comes with universal adaptors for different sizes and thread types. Not compatible with oval shaped, sensor or pull-out retractable taps. Not sure? Send us a photo of your tap via DM and we will confirm before you order.
2. How long does each filter last and how often do I replace it?
Every 3 months or 1,000 litres whichever comes first. Every order includes 5 free replacement filters so your first full year is completely covered from day one.
3. Does it work with tank or rainwater?
Yes. EcoPure™ reduces sediment, microplastics, heavy metals and contaminants that collect in rainwater tanks through your roof and gutters. If bacteria is a known concern in your tank we recommend professional testing first.
4. Is it better than a filter jug or bottled water?

I have been buying bottled water for over 10 years because of the foul tasting tap water. I used to have a filter jug but when I came home fron 2 weeks away and found a layer of dirt/rust on the bottom of the jug Now I haven't had to buy water since I installed my Blissful Home tap filter. It was great to receive our tap filter and the five filters we ordered as well. It took next to no time to fit to our tap. Although we were supplied with a number of different connections to assist with the installation of the filter, it turned out that the filter connected easily to the tap without any added connections. We ordered the Blissful Home Advanced 5-Stage Kitchen Tap Filter and had an exceptional customer experience end-to-end. My initial enquiries were responded to very quickly by Jimmy who helped me to ensure that I would get the right size adapter to attach the filter straight to our kitchen tap. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced and answered my questions promptly. I placed my order and received it in only a couple of days and everything was well packaged. The filter feels solid, sturdy, and of an high quality. Attaching the filter to our kitchen tap literally took less than a minute. We attached the adapter to the filter, unscrewed the original aerator from our tap, screwed the filter in with a few twists, inserted a new filter cartridge, screwed the cover back on and was done. The filter is so easy to use. Just need to twist the lever to switch between filtered water for drinking or washing vegetables anx normal water for washing dishes. So easy, no fuss and the filtered water tastes so clean. Filling up our sodastream bottles and creating great tasting sparkling water is a breeze. Our only regret was that we didn’t get the filter sooner. So we highly recommend Blissful Home. Thank you Jimmy and Sheridan for the excellent product and customer service.

I'd been researching tap water filters for quite a while & was never quite satisfied after reading reviews. Then I read an article on Blissfull Home and knew I'd found what I was looking for. I had trouble getting the end off the tap & had to get my son to help with a shifter. I previously used a filter jug but the water filter is so much easier, the water is clear, no smells and tastes great.
The EcoPure filter actually works! I’ve tried another brand and it failed from the first glass but this looks good, it’s compact and it actually takes the chlorine smell & taste away! It’s great in a rental - we haven’t had to buy a box of water since getting it.
The installation was a little trickier than expected. I needed a wrench to get the part off my tap and also needed a seperate rubber o ring that wasn’t provided to fit. Luckily my friend is a plumber and helped me out. The water itself tastes amazing, I make all of my ice with it, drinking water into my reusable water bottles and I’ve saved so much money and plastic recycling bottles already!!

Had problems connecting it to the tap I had to use a rubber ring washer ( not supplied ) as the none off the connectors worked. We have to be careful how we use it as it is only connected with two many threads. Saying that we still like it

Very happy with tap filter. We needed one of the supplied attachments to make the connection fit, this reduced the clearance a bit more, but this has not been a big issue. We also needed a spanner to get the original aerator off, again not an issue, but you may need more than just undoing with your fingers. Needed to tighten connections to ensure not leak. Try to encourage everyone in family to move tap by arm of tap, not by filter, as this can loosen connections a bit and cause a small amount of leaking (until retightened). Water flow is excellent through filter and direct, we experienced no discernible loss of pressure either way. Very easy to flick switch to change from filtered to not filtered water and back again. So far we are remembering to not use hot water through the filter. (We fill kettle with cold filtered water.) We bought lots of refills, which are very easy to change, just unscrew to take off old filter, put new filter in (after remove wrapper) and rescrew on, the part of the filter connected to the tap stays connected to the tap the whole time, which is great. We can taste the water is better after filtered. Glad we purchased. Thank you.
